Auguste is a boutique vintage-inspired lifestyle brand with a focus on creating timeless products that pay homage to the beauty of femininity.
Auguste engaged WeAreDigial as their strategic partner after transitioning to a vertically integrated business model. The technical inflexibility of their previous website, along with poor useability and performance was inadequate and misaligned to the brand's new vision.
Through a series of strategic audits, WeAreDigital identified areas across data, design, speed and performance channels for improved business results and user experience. With a clear goal to maximise value from the Shopify Plus eCommerce platform, WeAreDigital set out to accelerate growth and minimise wastage / lost opportunities. First priority focuses included enhanced online browsing and shopping experiences along with an improved path to conversion. A success and support roadmap leveraged audit findings and uncovered opportunities. Key components and activities in the custom rollout included SEO setup and ongoing optimisation strategy, analytics and reporting, ongoing technical maintenance and support for enhancements, alongside continued user experience and conversion reviews.
